No, we do not require long-term contracts. At Marttins Cleanings, we offer flexible one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly residential and office cleaning schedules across Atlanta metropolitan area, Georgia. Q: Do I need to be home while you clean?

A. No. You don't.
Most of our Marttins Cleanings clients are not home, they are prioritizing their time with what matter the most to them other than cleaning. You can give us access instructions, or we can work around your schedule.

A. Yes, our professional cleaning crews arrive fully equipped with all necessary supplies and commercial-grade equipment. We provide eco-friendly disinfectants, high-efficiency vacuums, and fresh microfiber cloths for every home and office we clean in Atlanta metropolitan area, Georgia. If you have specific specialty products you prefer we use on your surfaces, simply let us know.

If you are managing a workplace, our specialized office cleaning covers high-traffic commercial disinfection. Standard Maintenance: Best for homes cleaned within the last 2 to 4 weeks. Deep Cleaning: Highly recommended to remove built-up dust, grime, and baseboard buildup. Move-In / Move-Out: Designed for completely empty spaces requiring detailed interior cabinet and appliance cleaning. A. At Marttins Cleanings we keep it simple. For first/one-time clients, a 50% deposit secures your appointment. The remaining balance is due on service day.
For recurring clients, payment is due on the day of service.

Providing an initial custom estimate ensures you only pay for the exact level of care your space requires.
