• Windows interior glass, sills, tracks, baseboards, and switches

• Bonus: Inside refrigerator sanitized and ready for groceries 

❌ What is NOT Included in Every Move-In Clean:

• Exterior Windows: Outside glass washing is excluded.
• Carpet Shampooing: Available as an optional add-on.
• Wall Washing: Full wall scrubbing is available as an add-on.
• Lawn & Garden: No outdoor maintenance or landscaping.
• Chandelier Cleaning: Complex or delicate light fixtures.
• Moving Services: We do not pack, unpack, or lift boxes.
• Disposal: No heavy item or trash dump disposal.
• Biohazards: Extreme hoarding or hazardous waste.

• Windows interior glass, sills, tracks, baseboards, and floors
• Bonus:  Exhaust vents thoroughly detailed and cleaned

• We strongly recommend cleaning before your furniture arrives to guarantee complete surface access.

• Furnished Note: Please add 15% to the package price if the property is already fully furnished.

• Closet interiors completely wiped (shelves, rods, floors clear of dust)
• Floors throughout vacuumed, mopped, and move-in ready
• Windows, sills, tracks, light fixtures, and switches sanitized
• Door handles and handrails fully cleaned

Move dates book quickly and block significant calendar slots. A 50% deposit via Zelle or Venmo is required to lock in your crew. The remaining balance is payable via Cash, Zelle, or Venmo upon service completion.
